According to the development needs of the berry industry in our province, this study took sea buckthorn as the main raw material, made full use of its nutritional value, and combined with the eye protection function of lutein ester, carried out the research and development of lutein ester sea buckthorn juice beverage。Through the study of the key operating points and technical parameters of the processing of lutein ester sea-buckthorn juice beverage, the technical route and technological parameters were determined, and a set of standardized production and processing procedures were established。At the same time, by actively carrying out the transformation and marketing work of sea buckthorn juice beverage products, we can further enrich the types of deep-processed sea buckthorn products in our province, broaden the application scope of sea buckthorn resources, and provide references for deeper and more high-end related product development。
